21 days Wedding Weight Loss Diet Plan Sheet:
- Week 1 – Concentrate on having lots of Fresh Fruit juices, Lemonades, and Smoothes + Vegetable / Chicken Soups with roasted potatoes
- Week 2 – Seafood + roasted vegetables / Grilled fish boost up energy levels, as the days are nearing for wedding gradually increase the food intake.
Additionally, keep the fluid intake ‘ON’ as it detoxifies i.e., washes out all the extra fats in the body.
